How do I create an account?

Download Gallery Mirage from the App Store, open the app, and follow the registration flow. You can sign up as an Artist (to sell and showcase artwork) or as a Customer (to browse and purchase).

What is the difference between Artist and Customer accounts?

Artists can post artwork, create shop listings (fixed price or auction), and sell their work. Customers can browse, like, comment, purchase artwork, and place bids on auctions.

How do payments work?

Payments are processed securely. A 10% platform commission is applied to each sale. Artists receive payouts to their registered bank account.

What is KYC verification?

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification confirms your identity. Verified artists receive a blue checkmark on their profile, building trust with buyers.

How do auctions work?

Artists can list items as auctions with a starting price and duration. Customers place bids, and the highest bidder at the end wins the item.

How can I delete my account?

To request account deletion, please contact us at support@gallerymirage.com with your registered email address. We will process your request within 30 days.
